Capturing Images with IRIS

There are two ways to capture images. (Double click on any image to enlarge view. Press ESP to exit zoomed view.)

  1. From the Daily Patients page. Click on the Camera Icon under the Actions column.

2. From the Daily Patients page click the Blue Images button to navigate to the FMX

page. On on the FMX page, click the purple “Capture” button in the upper right .

Once in the Image Capture page:

All capture options are centered on the page: I/O X-rays, I/O camera, and Pano.

I/O X-rays

Step 1: Verify the sensor is plugged in and displays correctly.

Step 2: Select a template from the drop-down menu. A green outline highlights the first tile, and a green bar will display “Sensor is armed & ready.”

The image appears in the preview window. You may delete, retake, rotate, or flip as needed. Continue until the template is complete, then click Finish Session.

NOTE

You can choose an image out of sequence to capture. IRIS will automate back to the sequence.

Once completed and viewing images within the FMX you can hold down and drag images to a different location or switch. Click on the video below for a demonstration.
