Clearing your cache and cookies may be all that is needed.
In Google Chrome, click the three dots at the top right of the browser.

Select Delete Browsing Data.
Confirm the Time Range is set to All Time and the box for Cached data is selected.
Click Clear Data, close and reopen the browser.
